    This makes sense to look at muscle building holistically and i think its more then just training and diet which need to be addressed

  2. The information provided has been very valuable to me. I have been doing a workout for a while now that has been working pretty well for me. I like how you emphasize the importance of using the right supplements and to use proper technique when lifting. Also the importance of eating the right things to help gain muscle. I can implement some of what I learned here and implement it into my workout to see if I can achieve more results. I like to use the animal pack, and vitamins of that nature also during my routine.

    А вот знаете что z подумала.
    Десять дней на Новогодние праздники – это очень много. Сперва как все обрадовалась, что одыхать так много будем. А вот как вспомнила прошлый год, и позапрошлый. Так что-то передумала. Подумайте сами, ни денег, ни здоровья не хватит. Опять головная боль, опять лишние калории, и опять весь год хождения в спортзал коту под хвост.
    Ну что смеётесь? я не права??

    jeah you shouldnt stop when injured. i tore my ACL and now im hitting the upper part hardly!
